The Espace Killy ski area consists of two internationally renowned ski resorts: Val d'Isere and Tignes. All good skiers will be able to ski between the two in a day due to the good standard of lifts connecting the two. This means a fantastic and world famous skiing area, with a reputation for good snow within it's vast boundaries.
Espace Killy is located in Savoie in the French Alps and with the combined resorts of Val d'Isère and Tignes has 300 km of pistes; 20 green runs, 60 blues, 35 reds and 16 blacks, plus 44 km of cross country skiing, 2 terrain parks, 2 glaciers, and 90 ski lifts.
The region is is named after the skier Jean-Claude Killy, the French alpine ski racer and triple Olympic champion who learned to ski on the slopes of Val d'Isere.
