Soldeu is equipped to deal with large numbers of beginners in its excellent ski schools with its own dedicated team of English speaking instructors. Under six year olds will enjoy the snow gardens.
Alpe d'huez is a brillaint spot for beginners with its large number of gently rolling green runs that lead back to resort. There is also a low-speed zone to allow beginners to improve with confidence.

At Zell am See the Maiskogel ski area, located above Kaprun offers beginner and family skiing. The tree lined ski pistes are nearly all gentle on the Maiskoge & will be waiting for you after a few lessons.
